About Us
Our Mission & Vision
CleanTurn revitalizes commercial spaces by providing professional cleaning & disinfecting services.
We are changing perceptions and shattering the myth that a person’s past dictates their future.
Living Passionately
Passion is the internal energy or determination we have to reach our goals. By living passionately, we are motivated to learn our purpose and to make an impact.
Championing Resilience
Resilience gives us the strength to cope with trauma, adversity, and hardship in both our personal and professional lives. By championing resilience, we commit to our lives and goals, practicing discipline to achieve desired outcomes.
Embracing Opportunity
New opportunities drive growth in all areas of our lives. Being coachable and receptive to feedback enables us to embrace the opportunity to reach our full potential.
Changing Perceptions
We understand that individuals with barriers in their backgrounds (incarceration, addiction, homelessness, etc.) are often perceived in a certain way. We believe that we can change perceptions by being loyal, honest, and reliable, demonstrating that our past does not dictate our future.
Serving Professionally
In order to change perceptions, we must serve professionally. Being responsive and consistent are our pillars in providing excellent service.
Societal Impact
We value your partnership and are proud of the perceptions we change together.
When people are employed, their lives improve. The income they earn and the confidence they gain means CleanTurn employees start saving money, move into stable housing, reunite their families, and do their part to make our communities better for all of us.
Your partnership with CleanTurn transforms lives.

Our Story
We firmly believe a person’s past does not dictate their future.
What we need most are companies that believe in our full potential.
We need companies that believe a person’s past informs who they are, but certainly does not dictate who they are and who they can become.
Our Goal
Our goal is to leverage the market demand for our services and, in the process, alter a shame-driven, punishment-centered, over-victimized and entitled culture into an empathetic, forgiving, interdependent and flourishing culture.
